Low Calorie Carrot Soup

You enjoy eating out a lot. You don’t have control of your calorie intake. You don't exercise as often as you should.. Any of these sound familiar? If that’s the case, then a healthy dinner at home might make all the difference.


This carrot soup for two people only contains 24 kcal pr. 100 gr., it is loaded with vegetables, it is fast and easy to make, and tastes delicious.


Ingredients:
4 carrots
1 onion
200 gr. cabbage
1 clove of garlic
5 dl. water
2 tbls. creem chease


Start by peeling and chopping all the vegetables into small bits. You can use a garlic press for the garlic clove of you will. Put all the vegetables in a pot, add the water and salt, and boil for 15 minutes. When the vegetables are tender put them in a blender to blend. When the soup is an even consistency, put it back into the pot, add the cream cheese and stir it together. Boil for 5 minutes, and the soup is ready to serve. Easy peasy. Enjoy!
